Dog Grooming Terms & Conditions
  • When you arrive, please wait by the gate at the side of the house. For everyone's safety, please don't open the gate as dogs may be loose in the garden. I will come out to meet you at your appointment time, there is no need to ring the house doorbell

  • Please be mindful of neighbours when parking and not block their driveways. You are welcome to park on the white lines outside of my house, blocking our cars in

  • If you need to cancel, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the groom or missed appointments will require a 50% deposit to rebook

  • I accept cash, card or bank transfer. Payment is required when you collect your dogs

  • To keep long haired dogs comfortable and well maintained, they will need to be on a regular grooming schedule of no more than 12 weeks between visits. Any matting will have an additional charge

  • As I work on a one to one basis, appointments may be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late as this can then affect the next dog scheduled

  • Once you are aware your dog is ready, I ask that they are collected within 15 minutes. Additional charges may apply for late collection times

  • Your dogs comfort and wellbeing are always my priority. For this reason i may need to stop a groom if I feel it is in  your dogs best interests based on their needs or behaviour. Please let me know in advance of any previous injuries, medical condition that may affect their groom​. You will be charged

Returns Policy

We accept returns/Exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
